ICE Developments are looking for development sites for our wind turbine portfolio and can offer finance and developemtn support for your site.

If  you can’t or don’t want to take on the financial risk of installing a turbine yourself then you can still benefit from a risk free annual income or receive a percentage of the projects revenue by partnering with ICE Renewables.

There is a potential total income of at least £250,000 (pre tax) in the next 20 years for good sites.

Good qualifying sites include :

• those with no airports within 15km radius
• good access to site
• no major environmental designation
• no residence with a 500m radius
• a three phase grid close by

An annual income from this option could still be higher than installing a smaller turbine yourself.

ICE Renewables have an exclusive agreement for the supply and installation of Vergnet Turbines in the UK, Vergnet offers a light, compact and versatile design with an exclusive lowering system.

Over 450 are in use and there is 20 years of performance data available.

ICE Developments will be responsible for:

• securing planning permission, and
• facilitating finance for the project
