ICE Renewables Limited was founded in 2006 by Julian Martin and Laurence Duncan, and has since established itself as exclusive distributors and installers for Vergnet Wind Turbines and as a market leading medium wind specialists.

ICE Renewables are specialists in the rapidly growing medium wind sector being exclusive distributors of Vergnet wind turbines  supported by a range of  technical services and turn-key installation packages.

Our unique proposition not only includes feasibility, advice, planning and scheme designs and installation but also operation and maintenance services via our partners.  We can help you to reduce carbon emissions, save money and help you benefit from the Feed In Tariffs and create new income streams.

We are currently installing turbines acorss Great Britain and have built up key relationships with landagents,  landowners, developers and commercial businesses interested in medium wind turbines.

With over 20 Vergnet medium wind installations progressing over the coming year, we are leading the way in the medium wind sector.

Julian Martin BA, PGCert, MCMI

• Co founder, Chairman and CEO for ICE Renewables Ltd
• Inaugural Chairman of the Medium Wind Group, Renwable UK which is tasked with developing the first UK turbine design and installation Standard for the rapidly growing UK medium wind market.
• Government advisor on the Feed In Tariffs, representing meduim wind, with regular meetings with the Department for Energy and Climate Change.
• Supply Chain & Change Management expert with over 22 years leadership, decision-making  and people management experience.
• Institute of Management Consultancy

Winner in the Citizenship Awards for the Entreprenur of the Year 2010, Julian has a lifelong passion for the environment and a determination to minimize the effects of climate change and greenhouse gas emissions.

Laurence Duncan BSc ACA

• Co founder and Commerical Director for ICE Renwables Ltd
• Laurence is a Chartered Accountant trained by Price Waterhouse with a finance, project management and general management background. 
• He has worked for several blue chip companies including Boots plc, Dell plc, RAC plc, 3663 Ltd and Tubelines Ltd. 
• Laurence’s role prior to starting ICE Renewables was National Service Manager for an engineering company heading a team of 900 plus engineers, sales staff and call centre personnel. 
• Areas of focus have been supply chain, financial efficiency, service centers and business change and improvement.
